Ownership and Licensing Terms for CINE Game World Music
All music generated through CINE Game World is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of CINE Game World (the “Company”).
Contributor License:
If you are explicitly listed as a contributor to a specific piece of music, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use that track in any of your personal or commercial projects, subject to the following conditions:
You must provide clear and prominent attribution to CINE Game World in every use of the music (e.g., in credits, descriptions, or metadata).
Usage Restriction Option (Private Mode):
As a contributor, you may elect to restrict usage of the music you contributed to your own Game World / Project only. If you activate this restriction: The Company and all other users are prohibited from using that specific track outside of your designated Game World/Project. The track will be set to Private and will only be visible to you and authorized administrators.
This restriction can be declared in one of the following ways:
Clearly stated by you at the time of contribution, or By using the AVA command: /makemusic -private [exact music title].
Important Notes on Private Mode: By default, all contributed music is Public. Using the -private switch prevents other Game Worlds from accessing or using the track. If you previously set a track to Private and later wish to make it Public, you may do so at any time using the command: /makemusic -public [exact music title].
Important Clarifications:
This license does not transfer any ownership rights or copyright to you. You may not claim ownership of the music or register it as your own. You may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or transfer the music to third parties without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the music, including all intellectual property rights. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of the license and potential legal action.
